Hi! I’m Charina Dorothy, and I am here to help grow your business using Salesforce.

I recently finished my second Salesforce project where I worked in a team of 4 to implement a salesforce org for a nonprofit company, successfully delivering 65 business requirements by building custom objects, custom fields, flows, and automations. 

I am a member of the most reputable Salesforce Career Development training platform in the world (Talent Stacker). This allows me access to live events that cover topics such as Development, Flow Automation, Agile Methodology, and many other topics ensure that I’m always on the cutting edge of Salesforce technology. Additionally, I have private access to a community of individuals who are available to help me work through concepts as I grow as a professional. 

What I love about Salesforce is being able to integrate business needs into a functioning org and then being able to guide employees to easily use these features. This is where my background in communication & education comes in handy. 

Outside of Salesforce, I enjoy spending time in nature. I like to weave baskets out of pine needles I find on the forest floor in Minnesota or California.
